This warranty does not cover:

  • Improper care or washing
  • Accidental damage, stains, or misuse
  • Color fading due to sun exposure or improper cleaning

  • We may request the return of the defective item before processing the resolution.

4. Limitations

  • Warranty is non-transferable.
  • Custom orders may be subject to special terms and may not be eligible for full replacement.
