1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Note: Custom or made-to-order crochet products are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at:

Include your order number, item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at support@onexo.shop within 7 days of receiving your order.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us photos of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right!

  • Final sale items
  • Custom-made crochet products (unless defective)
